88j8's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
88j8 believes gaming is best when it is safe and in control. Our responsible gaming tools are here to keep you healthy and happy.
What Is Responsible Gaming and Why Does It Matter?
Online gaming should be an enjoyable experience — not a source of income or a solution to financial problems. At 88j8, we firmly believe that every player has the right to control their own time and money. Responsible gaming means knowing your limits, playing for fun, and seeking help when needed.
As online gaming grows rapidly in Bangladesh, it also brings certain risks. We want every one of our members to stay protected and enjoy gaming as a healthy and enjoyable experience. That is why 88j8 provides a range of protective tools and support services.
Remember: gaming is entertainment. If you ever feel that gaming is having a negative effect on your daily life, family, or finances, please contact our 24/7 Live Chat right away.
Our Protective Tools
88j8 gives you several effective tools to keep you safe. They are easy to use and available at any time.
Deposit Limit
Set a limit in advance on how much you deposit per day, week, or month. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 and this limit can be lowered at any time. A waiting period applies when raising the limit.
Time-Out
If you feel you need a break, use the time-out feature. Your account can be temporarily suspended for 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period, login and deposits will be completely blocked.
Self-Exclusion
If you need a longer break, choose self-exclusion. You can close your account for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. No promotional messages will be sent during the exclusion period.
Activity History
View a full history of all your deposits, withdrawals, and gaming activity at any time. Review your spending patterns and adjust your decisions as needed.
Reality Check
After playing for a set period of time, a notification will appear reminding you how long you have been playing and how much you have spent. This awareness helps you make balanced decisions.
Support Service
Our Bengali-language 24/7 live chat support team is with you at any time of day or night. Feel free to talk to us about any concern related to gaming.
Our Position on Age Restrictions
For players aged 21 and above only
All services at 88j8 are for adults only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or taking part in any gaming activity. Age is verified at the time of registration and documents may be requested at any time to confirm identity.
For Parents and Guardians
If you have children or teenagers at home, make sure they cannot access online gaming accounts on your devices. Use password locks on your devices and make it a habit to log out of gaming apps or websites. Using parental control software to protect minors is strongly recommended.
Warning Signs of Problem Gaming
If you notice any of the following signs in yourself, contact our support team immediately.
- Spending more than your set budget and feeling regret afterward.
- Repeatedly returning to chase losses and placing larger bets.
- Hiding your gaming habits from family or friends.
- Neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities to spend time gaming.
- Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when you stop gaming.
- Taking on debt or diverting money from essential expenses for gaming.
- You have tried to stop gaming but have failed repeatedly.
Guidelines for Healthy Gaming
Following these simple rules keeps gaming enjoyable at all times.
- Only play with money you can afford to lose without it affecting you.
- Set a budget and time limit in advance and stick to them.
- See gaming as entertainment, not as a way to earn money.
- Take regular breaks and spend time with family and friends.
- Avoid gaming when you are under stress or feeling low.
- After a win, stay within your budget rather than placing larger bets on impulse.
- Do not game while under the influence of alcohol or any other substance.
